Analog Sparks – Best of Show Exhibition at House of Lucie Budapest

Explore the captivating works of exceptional analog photographers, including the 1st and 2nd category winners of the inaugural 2023 Analog Sparks International Film Photography Awards. The exhibition was hosted at the House of Lucie art gallery in Budapest, Hungary.

The Opening Event took place in House of Lucie Budapest on November 23 at 19:00. The exhibition was open to the public from November 24 to November 30, every day from 16:00 to 19:00. The location was House of Lucie Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 30.

The 2023 ANALOG SPARKS WINNERS were featured, allowing visitors to step into the world of Analog Sparks Awards Winners. Prominent twin artists, Hassan and Hossein Rowshanbakht, extended an invitation to immerse yourself in “VISIBLE INVISIBLE,” an exhibition chronicling a profound decade-long artistic journey. Hailing from the culturally rich city of Kashan, Iran, born in 1991, the Rowshanbakht brothers cultivated a unique artistic vision, seamlessly blending photography, design, and curation.

Fight for Kindness: A Global Celebration of Typography and Kindness

TypeCampus, an Italian design school with over two decades of experience, collaborates with Florentine typographic publisher Zetafonts in the Fight for Kindness project. This initiative spans from Los Angeles to Sofia and Budapest, encouraging designers worldwide to use typography for creating vibrant posters that highlight messages of peace, trust, and acceptance. At the House of Lucie gallery in Budapest, visitors had the opportunity to appreciate a curated selection of this year’s submitted posters, commemorating the World Day of Kindness on November 13th.

Népszava, a prominent Hungarian online and print news outlet, engaged in a conversation with two colleagues from the gallery. The discussion covered the Fight for Kindness exhibition in the House of Lucie Budapest gallery, exploring topics such as typography, design, and the exciting prospects the art gallery holds for future visitors in the heart of Budapest.

The International Photography Awards Oneshot: Color Winners Exhibition

We are delighted to present to you the works of brilliant photographers from all over the world who won the IPA’s Special Contest: ONESHOT – COLOR.

There is no doubt that we have gone through some dark times, but color and light are always present in our world, shining even more brightly against the backdrop of our struggles. So we turn our focus—and our cameras—on all that is bright and colorful in our world.

The Maxim Dondyuk exhibition was held at the House of Lucie Budapest gallery, Falk Miksa Street 30, the public could observe a powerful exhibition of Maxim Dondyuk’s selected pictures from the Ukrainian war.

We were also displaying winning images from the Ukraine Moments campaign, which was created to assist the Ukrainian photography community and all those who call Ukraine home by shining a light on the people of Ukraine’s moments, events, hardships, and experiences at this time.

The exhibition began with a fantastic opening event on the 29th of June, 2022, in the House of Lucie Budapest Gallery.

The Closing Event of the IPA 2021 Best of Show Exhibition

The IPA 2021 Winners and Best of Show exhibition ended last Friday at the House of Lucie Budapest gallery, one of the few Budapest galleries where international winners are showcased, after 8 weeks on the show.

The fabulous closing event started at 6 pm on the 24th of June. An international crowd of enthusiastic photography lovers turned up to view the work of the fantastic IPA winning photographers of 2021 for the last time in this location.
