Photo Exhibition by Camera Club of the Philippines

The House of Lucie in Athens proudly hosted a remarkable photo exhibition featuring works from the esteemed members of the Camera Club of the Philippines. Running from September 12 to September 30, 2023, the exhibition captivated attendees with its rich array of photographic art, offering a beautiful glimpse into the creativity of Filipino photographers.

Workshop with Isabelle Ha Eav Ruiz & Stéphane Noel

Isabelle Ha Eav Ruiz (France, 1993) and Stéphane Noel (Belgium, 1969) are both artists using old processes of photography, especially gum bichromate, a multi-layer process dating from the 19th century.

They will make a lecture about their works in House of Lucie Athens, in which they will talk about their approach to ancient photography techniques.

This conference will be accompanied by a demonstration of a step of printing with gum bichromate.

WHAT YOU LOOKIN’ AT? by Pepper Levain

The opening night of WHAT YOU LOOKIN’ AT?, featuring the work of the talented Pepper Levain, was an unforgettable experience at the House of Lucie Athens. Attendees were captivated by the powerful collection of polaroids on display, while Levain’s live performance added an extra dimension to the event, making the evening truly one to remember.

Analog Sparks – Best of Show 2023 Exhibition at House of Lucie Athens

Immerse yourself in the compelling works of outstanding analog photographers, featuring the 1st and 2nd category winners of the inaugural 2023 Analog Sparks International Film Photography Awards. The exhibition was hosted at the House of Lucie art gallery in Athens, Greece.

The Opening Event took place at the House of Lucie Athens on October 17 at 19:00. The exhibition was open to the public from October 18 to October 31, daily from 15:00 to 21:00. The location was House of Lucie Athens, 4-6 Charalampi Sotiriou street, 11472.

The 2023 ANALOG SPARKS WINNERS were featured, allowing visitors to step into the realm of Analog Sparks Awards Winners. The “Analog Sparks Awards” was driven by a deep appreciation for the art of analog photography in its various forms. The mission was straightforward: to champion exceptionally talented analog photographers, as showcased in the exhibition.

Embarked on a visual odyssey with “VISIBLE INVISIBLE,” a testament to the Rowshanbakht brothers’ relentless quest for discovery within the tapestry of our surroundings.

Renowned twin brothers and accomplished artists, Hassan and Hossein Rowshanbakht, invited audiences to experience “VISIBLE INVISIBLE,” an immersive exhibition chronicling a profound decade-long artistic journey. Born in the culturally rich city of Kashan, Iran, in 1991, the Rowshanbakht brothers curated a distinctive artistic vision, seamlessly blending photography, design, and curation.
